Hallo,
I am interested in WoW. I played WC1+2 a lot. I have one question for the veterans. Can you play it offline? It looks cool, but I don't feel like paying 15 bucks a month for a game I probably play 2-4 times in the same period.

Nope. World of Warcraft is an MMORPG -- massively multiplayer online role playing game. There's no single-player mode here at all.

Out of luck. However, if you buy the game you get one free month to try it out before you have to start paying. If you do end up buying it make sure that you create your character on a low population server as the high population servers are suffering at this time.

Thanks for the replies.
I won't be getting it. I have a busy life and would probably be able to play one or two hours a week. Not worth 15 bucks a month on top of the initial purcase price.
If I ever find myself in a situation where I have loads of time and money, MMORGPH (or whatever they are called) may become interesting. Better get working on my masterplan! /forums/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crazy.gif
