Paradigma Software Inc. has announced the release of products based on its Valentina 2 database technology. Valentina, designed to manage large volumes of data, is suited for use on multiple platforms, handling office, Web and vertical development projects. Key improvements in Valentina 2 include new abstraction links, new speed improvements, Unicode support, XML import and export, SQL '92 compliance, simultaneous data exchange and more. 448-bit encryption is now supported, as well. more

I am just curious.. can someone tell me the difference between this and let's say MySQL or Postgresql?
