I've been playing this game at least two hours a night since last christmas. However, without on-line play against other humans, it is only a so-so game. Will the Mac version have gamespy on-line connectivity? Also, will the Mac version only play against other Mac users, or PC users also? (Currently on-line play is PS2 v PS2, Xbox v Xbox, and PC v PC only.)
My thanks to anyone who is in the know.

"Star Wars Battlefront will be Mac to Mac only when played over the Internet, though you can take on a PC player via direct TCP play or through LAN-based play. "
I've played this on the PC. This is a 'non-event' as a single player game. As a multi-player title it is pretty good. HOWEVER, without access to play against folks on the PC, this game is gonna be DOA.
I'm gonna pass on this one for that reason.
