I am searching for a copy of Battle Chess Color

I would really really appreciate if anyone has an old copy of the color Chess game called Battle Chess. I have an old system that I use for an excercise and it will run the game perfectly fine. But my CD was scratched so it won't play anymore. Can anyone help me or find a site where I can buy it for a mac running OS 8.0 Or if anyone has a copy I would love to have it. Desperate to find this elusive game.
