transferring custom dictionary to another computer

I was using my ibook to type text and spell check in MS word for quite some time now.
I used a custom dictionary to add new words for probably the last 4 years. I was wondering if there is a way to transfer this custom dictionary to my desktop mac somehow. where do I find the custom dictionary on the hardrive ?

Office X puts the default "Custom Dictionary" in your user home Library/Preferences/Microsoft/Custom Dictionary. You can add other custom Dictionaries to Word anywhere you want. Word Preferences/Spelling & Grammar tab. Click Dictionaries... button. Select a dictionary and you'll see the path at the bottom of the window.
