I removed it from the Login Items while testing for a problem. When I do a search now, however, all I can finder is "iTunesHelper.plist" A search of iTunes help found nothing on "Helper" or "iTunes Helper."
What is its function? What does one lose by leaving it out of the user login items?

Thanks very much for responding. I don't have Synergy installed. Glad to learn that nothing will be harmed by my having removed it from the Login Items.
