Anyone else use Camino? It is SO much faster and more responsive than Safari! I used to think I kept getting that spinning rainbow circle because I had an old G4, but now I know better. Even scrolling through a window with the wheel on my mouse is way faster in Camino than in Safari.
Try it, youll like it!

The Camino browser

Camino is pretty fast, but there are a couple blockers that keep me from regular usage.
First, I can't sync my bookmarks. I've heard whisperings that they wanted to add .Mac syncing, but the latest nightlies don't have it yet.
Second, no spell-check. This one is a real bummer. I understand the technical reasons that this isn't included, but I would still like some form of built-in spell-checking.
Third, no advanced ad-blocking. I like PithHelmet for Safari and Adblock for Firefox. Current nightlies include rudimentary ad-blocking, but it's not customizable.
Other than that, Camino is great. It was my browser for that period when OS X browsing was severely lacking (back when there was no Safari and Mozilla was still really rough around the edges).

Which version do you use?
I use an unofficial "new G4"-optimized build that is by far the fastest browser on my computer. It's based on one of the recent nightly builds, which are now ultra-fast at loading previously viewed pages. Camino was already faster in general than Safari on my machine, but now it leaves it in the dust.
Have you seen the CamiTools add-ons for Camino 0.9+? CamiFlash/FlashBlock blocks Flash files from loading automatically and is by far my favorite. CamiSearch is good for adding additional search engines to the search bar, though I've just been editing the plist file in Property List Editor. The nightly builds have placed the search engine list in my user profile, so I no longer have to mess around inside Camino itself.
