I use and really enjoy (well, you know) ConceptDraw Project. Clean interface, takes a bit of getting used to but after MS Project....

I've found FastTrack Schedule 8 to be the most "MS Project" type project management software for the Mac. Comes in both Mac and Windows versions and allows multi-user access (with the appropriate license).

This is (most probably) not the app you're looking for,but still maybe worth a look..
XPWeb has been very useful for some XP-Projects we did at our university.... maybe it's worth a look.
Other possibilities could be :
- iTaskX
- Merlin
- iProject
