Ipod synced with Address Book

For some reason, the contacts in my iPod only display one address when there are actually 2 or 3 addresses for the contact in my addrsess book on my computer. I have the the address book synced with my iPod, which is a 30 gig color). Anyone else have this problem or know how I can display all of the addresses on my iPod?
