Firefox has superior ad-blocking? How so?
The Ad-Block extension is generally considered the way to do it with Firefox, but there's a Safari clone named SafariBlock.

There's also PithHelmet, which is much more powerful than Ad-Block with features like Machete. It even has a feature that will forward you to print friendly article versions, a la the Greasemonkey script mentioned.
I'm just not sure Firefox is really all that superior in the areas listed.

From my experience, Firefox, straight out of the "box" blocks more pages than Safari does.
