Hi. I've a NetComm NB5Plus4W ADSL wireless modem router with 4 ethernet ports and 1 USB port. The modem is connected by ethernet to my eMac (1.25GHz G4, OSX 10.4.2) and occasionally to a work Toshiba laptop (Windows XP) and via wireless to my wife's Acer laptop (also Windows XP). The printer (Canon i560) is connected to the eMac.
My question is:
Is it possible to connect the printer to the USB port on the modem/router so that it can be shared by all 3 computers as I don't always have the eMac on and haven't been very successful at getting print sharing to work?
Thanks
Ciao
Rob

After checking out the Netcomm Netcomm website, it looks like that USB port is only for networking with WinBlows machines that don't have an ethernet port, not for peripheral sharing.

Hi retcynm
I just had a reply from NetComm confirming that it wasn't possible to connect the printer to the USB port.
Bummer.
Ciao
