iTunes Adding Sub Folders

I have heard you can now add sub folders to Playlists. I've checked the Help menu and know such topic exists. I am using iTunes 6 in OS 10.3.9, does anyone know how this is done or can you direct me to where I will find instructions. Thanks.

I think oyu are thinking of adding playlists to folders. I don't think it works the other way around. To do this you just got to file>New Folder. Then move your playlists/songs to the folder.
