Classic emulators

Are there places that you can download Classic emulators to run classic programs?

your powerbook should have come with a second disc labeled Mac OS9 install disk.
that's your Classic.
Apple quit installing it for you sometime back as it was one of those things not everyone want on the HD, but many still run a few old apps like you are wanting to.

I have two installation disks. The first one installs OSX Tiger. So should the second one have Classic? Please respond soon.

yes
the disk will either say "Additional Software and Apple Hardware test"
which is what the discs for my G5 iMacs and G5 DP Powermacs say.
or
Mac OS 9
which is what my G4 powerbook disc says.
