Microsoft and Google have settled their differences over the hiring of Kai-Fu Lee as Google's head of research and development in China. more

Well I feel better now. With these non-disclosure agreements there's really no point is there? So is Mr. Lee free to work for Google? Was Microsoft successful in blocking said employment?

they can both have him... this guy also worked at apple and produced nothing.
oh wait... the lovely speech voices we have in the mac os... that was from him.
