I was just thinking the same thing. 14 million this holiday season alone - 42 million total sold. That's 20% of all iPods ever sold that were sold JUST THIS HOLIDAY SEASON?!?!?!

It has so begun. Your site is 10 minutes slow, not at all "live" enough
Relax; just because it's scheduled to begin at 9:00 doesn't mean it definitely will. Jobs didn't take the stage until about 9:10.

Actually the coverage here is a bit behind. Macrumorslive (www.macrumorslive.com/web/) has coverage also that I'm monitoring and it's well into Mac OS X 10.4.4 and new widgets. They're now on to iLife '06. Not sure why MacWorld is lagging.

I just bought an AM/FM tuner! It sucks though and was only $19 so I'll have to get one of these new remote controllers with FM.

I just tried to access Apple's online store to see if there was any indication as to what is coming there. Interestingly, the site is currently unavailable because the are updating it. Oh well, I guess we'll just have to wait until Steve announces the new stuff.

This really is great. Now that all ipods are color, you can subscribe to F&F dotMac (or Flickr soon I'd guess, since they already do RSS) photo streams... cool.

I agree; I'm also watching MacRumours and MacNN. But the first poster was blaming MacWorld for not starting at 9:00 sharp when in fact the keynote had not yet begun.

The store always goes offline during these announcement days. When I worked for the Apple Store we would have a hard time on days like this, because we actually use the website for a lot of things in store.
