I currently own a P.C. an I will be purchasing a new IMac next month. With my old P.C. I cam chat with family using A.I.M. and also Yahoo I.M. I also chat with others on Yahoo forums. Will I be able to chat cam to cam(C2C) with them after I switch to a Mac. They use window based P.C.

Yup. At least with the AIM account. The iMac comes with the built-in iSight cam now, and ships with iChat software which uses the AIM system. I don't know why it wouldn't also work with Yahoo but I haven't heard one way or the other.

From what I understand, iSight only does video with Yahoo, not audio. So unless you want to hold up signs or use semaphore, use AIM.
