About 6 months ago I bought a FW external drive and SuperDuper! so I could start backing up my system. This last week, I needed the backup and was grateful, as posted in a prior post.
For some reason, my usual Sunday night backup session wouldn't run past step 2 and after checking out the troubleshooting help, I ended up emailing Shirt Pocket software for some help. This morning, I checked email and there was already a response from Dave suggesting a solution. With some clarification of his suggestion, I was able to fix the problem and get my backup completed.
Too many times we get auto response messages when we email questions (try Epson) so this was a refreshing and welcome change to business as usual. Prompt and helpful advice that actually worked!
