Dual G4s in the next powerbook?

Does anyone think there is any chance of the next powerbook revision going to Dual processors, as all of the Power Macs did a few months ago? I remember when the Tibooks were last revised, Macworld kept pointing out that it looks like there is room on the motherboard for another processor (I don't have a reference to the article right now...) Is it possible, or would two processors drain the battery of a laptop much too quicly. I personallly would be willing to put up with some decrease in battery life if i could get the performance gain of dual processors, expecially if you could disable one while you are not plugged in and just watching a DVD or something...

Heat's one issue with the possibility of the dual processor laptop. Battery life would be another. I think if you need that kind of performance, you might consider (gasp!) a PowerMac Tower. images/icons/grin.gif
Is it already time for a variation in the form factor of the Ti?

I wouldn't think so however there was just as strong a group of people telling me that superdrive powerbooks would never happen so don't completely rule it out. If anybody could do it it would be apple.

That would be cool! I think heat would be the main problem, though. I really think it's time for apple to rethink it's cooling system, and ditch old-style heatsinks in favor of newer technology. Water-cooling would be mega-cool, but definitely trouble-prone. How about peltier-effect units? Low power, fairly thin design.
