How do games on the ibook run?

I have the ibook with 700mhz/640/ram/16mb(not the 7500 ATI) I was wondering if anyone has played any games like warcraft 3 or unreal tournament on it. If so... How do they run?

I've played Jedi Knight on my 700Mhz/16VRAM iBook, and it runs pretty well. If I were you, I'd go to an apple store or something and see it for yourself...whether or not it runs "well" is really a matter of opinion.

I have a G4 I-book and I have a 667 G4 Ti-book and I play War Craft III . There is a bit of a differnce but not that much when you compare the two side by side.

an ibook with a G4 chip hasn't been released yet.

I have the new ibook 700, with the Radeon 7500 16Mb vram, and all the games I trew at it ran just fine (all at 1024)
I think the radeon in you're ibook should work fine too, why don't you download some demos, just to check how they run

I wish you better luck then I had with your extra 100Mhz. I bought my ibook600 last Feb and attempted to run WarcraftIII and it was HORRIBLE!
I have maxed out the RAM on the machine to 640MB and I still had no luck. Needless to say, I had to uninstall the prog and run it on my PC. /forums/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif
Great game though!
