Also, make sure that "shuffle" (the crossed arrow icon) isn't on in your iTunes library or whatever playlist you have the CD stored.
For classical CDs that I've ripped to iTunes, I usually join the related tracks -- it makes for a longer piece, but it keeps the related pieces together. Just click the tracks you want to join together, then go to Advanced->Join CD Tracks in the iTunes menu. (That way I don't interrupt my Brandenberg Concerto with Led Zeppelin...)
