My favorites are the quotes from the virtual meeting:

I remember a real-life situation at a huge company where we were told by the legal department to include a long list of disclaimers... and even in the smallest permissable font the disclaimers took up over half the page!
Seeing the drop-down fold on the back of the box that had a long list reminded me of that.
