Macworld malfunction!

I got a digital subscription (Zinio) to macworld with my new PB. Now I'm getting renewal notices via email. I do want to keep getting the magazine but when I click on the renewal button in the email to pay, all that pops up is a window with source code--not the actual page I need. Since its a problem with a web page that pops up, I thought this would be the most correct forum.
I can't get the same deal offered in the email via this website. I have used both Safari and Firefox and get the same problem. I have also removed the pop-up blocker but with no result. Please help!
