I have been switching browsers since I started using OS X and never could really find anything I was happy with. Omin Web was beautiful, but didn't alway work right. IE seemed to work ok, but lacked Aqua UI. Chimera came out and it was great, but some flash stuff did not work. Now .6 and everything seems great. I really like that I am not having to us some Apple or MS app to get good results. Only two thing for me would make Chimera perfect, Spell check and form fill. It's one of those apps that make computing fun.

BTW Transmit is very impressive also.

I would also like to add that they (the developers) seriously need to improve the speed of text input. That's the only thing that makes the browsing experience with Chimera seems slow.

Yes, I noticed that too -- everything else seems very fast, but I can sometimes type faster than the text appears onscreen.

i've brought this up before (twice now, i think). i'm pretty sure that native widgets will be added to future builds, after all of the kinks and bugs are worked out... this will also allow inline spell checking to be activated, i'm looking forward to that day. =)
