Is there a way for me to convert files that I have extracted in the past when I used Handbrake to make them Video TS folders?
I have recently acquired a software that will compress 8 gig DVD file to 4 gig files. Its called DVD2oneX2. I have a few movie files that I have acquired from friends when they used Handbrake and now I would like to transfer them to DVD so that I may enjoy them in the comforts of my living room and my TV.
When I use Roxio Toast to to create a DVD video, it will only create a Video TS folder only if I burn it to a DVD first. And for the most part the files I'm trying to convert when converted to Video TS are all 8+ gig files.
My question is, "is there a software out there that would enable me to convert the files to Video TS without having to have to burn to a disc first?"
I appreciate you in taking the time and looking in. And any comments or answers are definitely welcome.
Thank you.

Let's just assume you're not talking about pirating copywrited material...
Now that that's out of the way, burning a DVD-Video disc from MP4 files that are probably 320x240 and with low bitrates would give you a DVD that looks pretty bad. But if you really wanted to do it, you should be able to drop the file into Toast (7 works) after selecting DVD-Video.
