Hi...and help. Situation is I am trying to export a short imovie into my camera and when it got to "Initialize" I noticed nothing was happening..then that "beachball" (as people call it..rainbow color wheel)comes up. How do out get out of that program w/o pulling the plug directly from the outlet in the future..because I'm going to have to do it now...since I can't find another way technically. Also what is the technical name, if any, for that beachball thing when stalling happens. I would like to know so that I can look it up in my imovie 2 book to see if it has some help info on it.

I might have figured this out. Just press the same button you use to start it up....press it in a bit don't hold too long...when I did that the screen went black for a min..then that blasted beachball again at the top corner of the blue sceen with that smilly mac icon in the center...well, then I just click on the mouse a bit and it eventually returned me to its usual sign on screen (I use a password)...and I just take it from there.
