I have a 667DVI system with 512 megs of RAM. does anyone know if this is enough to play Return to Castle Wolfenstein decently? I don't want it to start skipping frames and all. Does anyone here have the game who can tell me how it is? thanks

I have the Ti800 and it plays fine. On single player, the game is fantastic. On multiplayers online, frame rate drops when there are too much on screen, ie. air strikes, flamers, etc. But still very playable. Your milage may vary though.

Hi
Just a note for online play. Normally, it is the network and server's lag that hurt the performance the most. Especially, when these home users host twenty-some users. I understand they may have broadband but that requires a LOT of resources. And I do mean A LOT! I have yet to find a "perfect" performing online game where the server and their network connection can handle the amount of people they are hosting. That's why, if I choose to host a something, I do it to a max of about ten clients. That might be pushing it. Since I have a 1.5Mb down/256k up cable connection. In order to host a game properly, I would suggest, a lot of RAM, fast microprocessor, good video card (if you wish to play with them) and at least 1Mb up connection. That's why LAN play is so much more fun. You don't normally have lag problems at all.
