Managing a mail list---any ideas??

I am trying to manage a mail list of over 300 for my website.
I have to manage this list from my Mac and a PC using lotus notes (ugh).
I would like to find a way to manage this mail list online.....don't know how easy that would be..and that is a key feature..ease of use..I'm no tech geek.
The mail sites I've looked at all seem to be somewhat "technical" in nature, and frankly, I'm spending so
much time on the mail list...who has the time to read instructions?
I was wondering if anyone has ever used Intellimerge for this kind of
thing...or any kind of mail program that might help me make this easy.
Your thoughts would be appreciated.....
