Whether it's a county fair or a remote campground, references to Apple's iPod are just about everywhere. [more]

Come to Canada for some real "middle of nowhere" -- the polar bears (at least those who have survived climate change so far) are as close to iPod white as bears get, and they could eat black bears or grizzlies for breakfast. The Sierras don't even rate. Actually, the US has far more remote spots, and not so far distant -- Hell's Canyon at the northeastern Oregon-Idaho border comes to mind.

I too would love a poster of the fabulous bear... (I tried to get a t-shirt from their website, sold-out of course... maybe they should stock up and flood the Mac marketplace and make some money for their school.)

they better beware, if they sell too good Apple will sue... /forums/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif
(will they then send bears into court to prove that they indeed use iPods?)

I went for fourth week, last week. Fourth of July goodness and everything. Stay tuned for a future blog entry about that. But I didn't buy a shirt.
