Hello all,
I'm trying to figure out a way to better utilize my FilemakerPro database in planning US tours for musicians. Right now my only way to map locations is using Mapquest or GoogleMaps in a web browser.
Ideally I will be able to push a button in Filemaker that will open up a map containing the locations of multiple venues so that I can see my options laid out geographically. Even being able to see just the location of the single venue I'm browsing would be helpful.
Would I be able to import data from Filemaker to a program like Route USA 2004? Or somehow link the programs? Or use a webviewer to Mapquest inside Filemaker?
Right now I'm running FM 6 on OSX Tiger, but will soon be upgrading to FM 7 or 8. I'm a novice, so any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks!
