Front Row-Where does the content come from?

Using Front Row for the first time.
Where is the "Video" content kept??
Can I drop a QT movie into a folder somewhere and play it using front Row??
Any hints would be welcome...

I have absolutley nothing in that folder on this new mac. But front row comes up with a couple dozen movie trailers and some other stuff.
Are you saying I can drop something in that folder and see it in FR?

Yes, anything you drop in your Movies folder will appear under Front Row's Movies submenu if QuickTime can play it.

its getting it from itunes i believe...the movie trailers come from the internet though
