I'm using Tiger, so I can't be 100% certain it's exactly the same in Panther, but set up a rule in Mail's preferences. It can be as simple as "Every Message". The action should be either "Forward Message" or "Redirect Message". I recommend the latter as it'll leave the message exactly as you would normally receive it.
Mail will have to be running for it to happen though. Keep that in mind.

Mail >> Preferences >> Rules
you can set it to forward to your @blackberry there
you can also rule any particular "from" to be forwarded or just let it forward all.

it's the same in Panther, i used it to dump to another address for a while.
personally, it's easier with a .mac account.
