I decided to try Mail (10.4.7) but when I import all my mail files from Entourage (File>Import>Mailboxes and then select Entourage) the folders come over but they are empty. Am I expecting too much or am I missing something?

first you have to export from entourage.
make a folder on your desktop and export everything to there.
then you can open mail and import from the folder you exported to.

I did that. Entourage exports to a *.rge file and the only option to import in Mail ignores that file and opens Entourage to allow you to select the folders you want - all are checked by default. They then are imported empty.

I played with entourage for a while.. so i have data for it on another drive.
if no one chips in, i will hook it up tomorrow and step thru it and list it for you.
sorry it was't a fast fix.... I am old and my memory isn't what it used to be /forums/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif
