Converting MP3 to MIDI

Does anyone know a free program to convert MP3 to MIDI.

Sorry to inform you that it is not possible to turn a MP3 file into a MIDI file.
MIDI files, in themselves, are not music, but basically the notation, if you will, of music that is created using the sound engine on your computer, in this case, Quicktime. Again, MIDI is only the data of the song, the blueprint of the song that is then created when you run it through Quicktime.
If you need a certain song in particular, your best bet is to use Google to search of MIDI compositions of songs. Some people obviously have the free time to sit around and make MIDI versions of songs and post them on the internet. Good luck.
