Tiger puts a lot of power and intelligence behind its syncing services, but it doesn't offer syncing support to meet all contingencies. When Tiger falls short, you have to jump off the Apple mothership and board a third-party craft. In this excerpt from "Take Control of Syncing in Tiger," Michael Cohen offers all sorts of reasons why you might want to, ahem, sync different. more

I would just like to point out that although a ChronoSync license costs $30, any future upgrades are free! It also has advanced sync and exclusion rules although I had to delve into the included PDF manual to configure them exactly as I needed.

In your list is missing the free file syncing solution from Microsoft.
You can find it here: https://www.foldershare.com/
I used foldershare for one year to share files between my DELL laptop at work and my Mac at home and between my master colleagues (all PC users) and my Mac. It works really well, never lost anything.

I use On Sync to Sync my Address Book (which auto-syncs with Entourage) and iCal (also auto-syncs with Entourage) with my cell-phone.

I just sync with built-in feature of transmit. Works fine, really easy.

Don't forget the currently beta MySync application.
