I would just like to point out that although a ChronoSync license costs $30, any future upgrades are free! It also has advanced sync and exclusion rules although I had to delve into the included PDF manual to configure them exactly as I needed.

I used foldershare for one year to share files between my DELL laptop at work and my Mac at home and between my master colleagues (all PC users) and my Mac. It works really well, never lost anything.

I use On Sync to Sync my Address Book (which auto-syncs with Entourage) and iCal (also auto-syncs with Entourage) with my cell-phone.

I just sync with built-in feature of transmit. Works fine, really easy.
