Aloha!! I am using a PowerBook G4. When I attempt to watch a DVD - using DVDPlayer - the movie plays, however there are green dashes across the whole screen. I have tried several movies. Does anyone else have any troubleshooting ideas? Thanks for your support!

Aloha back!
I fear we need a little more information. Is this a commercial
DVD movie? A copy of one? Do you have another DVD player to check
the disc with? Does this happen with all DVDs? What resolution
is your display set at? Any tidbit might help.
Try downloading the free VLC Media Player
web page
and see if the problem recurs.

Sorry for the lack of details. It is a commerical DVD. I have tried multiple and all the same result. I tried to look for the resolution, but couldn't find it. I am using DVD Player Version 4. I am going to try your suggestion to Download VCL Media Player.
