Help! How do I unblock e-mails from virgin.net??

I have a relative in England on virgin.net, and now my e-mail is refusng to accept her e-mails, I suppose because of the "virgin"!
I'm using Mac mail, with a Comcast address. I can't find anything in preferences other than allowing "junk mail".
Any ideas, please??

Mail wouldn't be doing this, it would be happening at the ISP level, I believe. Try checking your account on Comcast's web mail page -- if the email isn't there, then it's Comcast doing the blocking.

You're right, I checked on Comcast, and changed the preferences to take off the spam filter. That did it, the e-mail came through.
I don't think it will be a problem leaving off the spam filter.
