I installed IE7 and followed the link to the Microsoft ad-on page. The funny thing is that the old man in the picture is using an old powerbook G4 titanium. You would think Microsoft would want to promote machines that can actually run their software...

These reports are technically inaccurate: the issue concerned in these reports is not in Internet Explorer 7 (or any other version) at all. Rather, it is in a different Windows component, specifically a component in Outlook Express
IE7 in Windows Vista is NOT affected by this bug
