Hi
Been searching the web a good hour now trying to find a way to mount .bin/.cue files in a CD-ROM emulating software that is not NERO or any other payware. I'm hoping to find some freeware app that'll run in OS X 10.4. However, it seems this is unlikely to happen so my last hope resides here - ran a number of searches but couldn't find any info so my question is:
Is there any app capable of mounting .bin/.cue files to allow access to files contained within.
and - yes, it's an abandonware game I'm hoping to play for the sake of nostalgia.
cheers, friends.

Mounting .bin & .cue

The only thing I know of is Roxio's Toast, which will mount or burn them, but, of course, that's not free. VLC would play them, if they are just video and audio files. But, since this is a game CD image, I assume it contains compiled program files.
Are these windows games anyway (the .bin/.cue format is most often used with windows machines)? If so, how are you going to play them in OS X?

Yes, these are .exe files - and using ScummVM found at www.scummvm.org will play them in OS X. It is just a matter of gaining access to the data files comiled withing the .bin file.
I also knew of Roxio, but I may seem as if I have to transfer the files to a PC and mount the .bin in Daemontools so as to manually transfer the files back to the mac.
