their estore's downloads don't work.

Ditto ... the "verification" process is complex and ungainly, and never (over multiple attempts) completes successfully. Not a very good advertisement for the quality of their coding ...

No problem here. I was a little disappoointed that I had to register with them to get their free product, but whatever. Their system sent two emails, and Hotmail detected both as Junk, but I just told it that they weren't. Clicked the Verify link, and it popped back to their site and let me download the extension.

Interesting ... I also got the two emails ("Membership Information" and "Store receipt"), but neither had a "verify" button to click. Which one did it come in?
UPDATE OK, tried the whole process over agan with a different email address and got it to work.
