It would be much better if they would just get the existing software to work the way it should, rather then introducing new features. I've been using this software for several months, and I've never gotten the Bluetooth sync to work with any consistency. And with USB cable it hasn't been much better. I've contacted Tech Support several times, and while they were prompt in getting back to me and provide me with a long list of workarounds to attempt, none of these many workarounds have fixed any of the issues that I'm seeing. I'm going to take the 20 bucks they want me to pay to upgrade 3 month old software that doesn't work and never has, and save it towards my iPhone that I'll be buying in January /forums/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

I've had a lot of issues using it with the Q. It worked fine using USB but I had a lot of problems getting the Bluetooth to work. Now, Bluetooth works great and I can't get USB sync to work at all.
Tech support has always been great about returning my emails but, as stated above, the workarounds did not prove to be very helpful.
With that said, I still like the software and I use it daily to sync my phone.... just not sure about spending an additional $20 on the software upgrade unless it fixes some of the existing problems first.
