I think you mean Nintendo Wii, not Sony.
And to answer the question, I need to know how many free tacos I get with that.

Well, I don't have a PS3 or a Wii, so I can't trade one. But, if I did, I would have gone for the tacos!
iPhone of course is the most intriguing, but it doesn't exist (yet?) so I'm not going to trade anything for it. And the Treo 680 (and sounds like the iPhone) don't work with Verizon, so I'd have to pay to get out of my contract too.

I was clicking the links to see the different phones. Blackberry Pearl automatically loses because it was some flash movie that was taking forever to load. I'm not on a slow connection either, so I don't know what's up.
Let that be a lesson to web developers who insist on super fancy web pages: nobody cares, they want the info. Clean and professional = good. Ridiculous amounts of flash + an intro? Superfluous.

kwill, the only phone on that list that I'm slightly interested in is the Treo 680. But if I had a Wii, I definitely wouldn't trade it for one.
-If I could get the phone for $400 and trade it for a Wii and sell the Wii for $600... of course I'd do it. /forums/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

As a present 650 owner, there are only a few reasons to contemplate upgrading: more internal RAM, about an ounce lighter, no antenna nub, and a better camera (oh yea, the 'improved user interface'). Sorry, but that's not $199 compelling reasons /forums/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Wireless computerless presentations?
Does it allow to do the following?
1. Make presentation on Mac or PC using PowerPoint or Keynote.
2. Save the NATIVE file to the SmartPhone.
3. Use the SmartPhone as a remote control for wireless, computerless presentations of the NATIVE file?
If so, we need tons of them for our University!
BTW, when is going Palm to updated the aging Palm Desktop for Mac?

Rob, unfortunately the camera is the same junky VGA resolution as the 650.
I actually like the design better than the 650, including the lack of an external antenna. The other useful feature you didn't mention was EDGE support. Using the 650 on Cingular now, getting mail or connecting to a Web site is painfully slow. EDGE isn't as fast as EVDO, but it's still an improvement. My big issue is that I recently got Cingular to unlock my 650, and to get an unlocked 680 is $400--which I'm not willing to do at this point.

According to Palm's own comparison table, our 650s are capable of EDGE -- I intend to look into this when I get the chance, as Palm thinks it's possible.
