Supress Finder window for NAS Drive

Good Day
I have a NAS drive connected to our home network, and it connects fine on either bootup or restart, I have selected to hide "What I thought would be the window" on bootup or restart but this is not working.
Could someone please tell me how to fix this so that I dont see this finder window?
