Excellent support for an excellent product.
I use it daily for transcoding movs & avis for my PSP. For that it's every bit as good as the PC's PSPVideo 9, and this is just one of its multiple conversion modes (iPod, PSP, DV, MP4, etc, etc).
I expect soon I'll be using it to make optimized videos for my new sixth gen iPod that I'll have soon after January 9's MacWorld keynote!
So much better than QuickTime Pro or the various other ffmpeg front-ends.

I was excited when I first heard of this program, after all it had received very positive reviews. It even had won an Eddy from Macworld. Unfortunately, the first thing I tried failed. I was trying to convert a short VIDEO_TS file. In conversion it missed some of the video and the sound and video wasn't in synch. I tried all the different file formats and conversion types with the same result. I went on Techspansions support website and tried their suggestions without success. When I play the clip with Apple's DVD Player it plays perfectly. So, I don't know what to think. The product sounds like a great solution but in practice, at least in my case, it hasn't lived up to the hype. If anyone has a suggestion other than what I've already tried, then please post a reply.
