MacAdict, one of the nice things about learning Dvorak for me is that the key are NOT labeled. When learning to type, you should not look at the keys anyway. Bad habit. Without the labels, there is no way you would want to look at the keys since they're "all wrong" anyway!
I did take an extra Apple keyboard I had, pulled off the keys, and rearranged them to the Dvorak layout...but I never use it at all. I'd recommend getting a program that teaches Dvorak and try it out even without the keyboard or keyboard skin.
I have been using Ten Thumbs Typing Tutor. I think there is a free try-it-out period where you can play around with Dvorak.
And if someone knows another Mac typing program that teaches Dvorak, pass it on. The old Mavis Beacon (for PC's) used to offer it but I don't think it does now. The Mac version doesn't.

I hate to add to the flames, but...
I learned Dvorak cold turkey one year ago and it's one of the best decisions I've made for my body and my career. It took about 3 weeks to become comfortable, but now I'm much more comfortable and don't experience the RSI symptoms that I did for the 5 years previous.
I use my own machines 98% of the time, so switching to Qwerty is not an issue.
I use a completely blank TypeMatrix, which works nicely with a desktop Mac and sits over the keyboard of my iBook. http://www.typematrix.com With no letters at all, there's no temptation to look at the keyboard! It's all touch typing! /forums/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif

QWERTY=slow, difficult to use, inefficient 95% market share
DVORAK=fast, user friendly, efficient 5% market share
QWERTY the Microsoft Windows of the 1860s!
