It's going to be: Running Windows apps natively, without Windows or virtualization, and w/o a program like Crosstalk. Like having Closstalk built into OS X. Can't wait. Then I can use Dragon Dictate in OS X.

I have no Dashboard (never found a use for it) and the usual suspects (including AppleWorks). I also have Drag Thing but I hardly ever use it. In fact for most Apps I launch them by opening a Finder window, because they are all in once place.
I have my most used folders in my finder windows, so no reason for them to be in my dock, or Drag Thing.
I use both Eudora and Mail (in the odd choice of apps department). Eudora for biz, because of years worth of Stationery and filters, and I use Mail for my personal email (so it isn't lost in the barrage of the business stuff).

I have been thinking about the tablet Mac for a while now - what I want is a iPad... to display a full A4 page on the screen at one time.

I'm not sure that I want iPad with the form and size of an A4 pad. I'd be very happy with an iPad with the form factor of a Newton but brought up to 2007 specifications for connectivity and software.

If it's a tablet Mac I hope it comes with this type of interface. If you remember one of last years apple patent applications ("the alien thumb"), this could be possible. Add Core Animation to it and voil.
Will it change the way computing has been done in the last 30 years? Probably. But I'm not putting my money on this prediction. Unless Apple figures a way to get rid of finger smudging.

I was right about the interface! I was right about the interface!!!!
Should have put my money in this prediction!
