Whydo I have scatches on my REFURBISHEDMacBookpro?

I just bought a refurbished MacBook Pro off apple.com. Intel Core Duo, 2ghz, 512memory, 15.4 inch, and there are a lot of these tiny black blotches on the screen! Even more, there is an inch long swipe on the display! Is this normal on a refurbished Macbook Pro???? PLEASE HELP AND SAY IF I SHOULD RETURN IT OR ANYTHING THANKS!!!!!

return it, if getting from apple it should be like new.

That definately sounds more like "used" condition than refurb. I would return it as well.

I would contact them to start the return procedure as soon as you can. That is definately not someting you should accept. There are a lot of people on the forum who have had good luck with the refurbs, some have had a similar situation. I feel your disapointment.
