Yeah, my target is a backup copy onto a DVD+RL DL (Double Layer for The Good Shepherd). How about using iDVD? I've used that a few times as well, but don't have the chapter selection ability. Thanks for all your help Jon! I'm a first-year Apple convert. I could only take so many PC-induced headaches!!
I will try MactheRipper and DVD2OneX. Thanks again!

That feature will actually be in the next version of HandBrake.
