Are there any good apps or ways to record itunes internet radio?

Look into Wire Tap Pro or Audio HiJack (both at Versiontracker). I use Wire Tap Pro and it works great!

I have Audio Hijack Pro but most of all I use Radiolover (why ? well because its easy, drag and drop from iTunes etc ...)
both have they their + and -

RadioRecorder does it for me, and it's free. Might want to tip the developer, though. Only works with files you can play on iTunes, but that's most internet radio I encounter anyway these days.
