Dell printers are usually just re-branded from another printer supplier.
If you do some research online I am sure you can find out what type of printer this "really" is.
Some of Dell's earlier printers were actually manufactured by Lexmark, but I am unsure about the "A960".
This printer is an "all in one" multifunction printer, which you should have mentioned in your question.
This makes finding a driver much more difficult.
A standard printer is one thing but when you add scanning into the mix you also add in complexity.
By the looks of the printer (yes I looked it up) it may be a Brother printer kind of hard to tell though.
If you really want to know you could take it apart and actually search online by component numbers and names.
I.e. serial numbers and the like.

Yea, you have got to give me more info than you are here.
How are you physically connecting the printer? USB, Ethernet?

As far as I know, there is no driver for OS X available for that printer. And no one has figured out how to use an equivalent driver (like if you know for certain it's a Lexmark re-brand).

gsahli,
So this is problem that others have tried to resolve?
I wasn't aware of this.
As I mentioned above to Jamalkan, I do not know if this particular printer is a re-branded Lexmark or Brother etc.

I think this may be a re-branded Lexmark X5270.
Try using the driver on the link for OS X.

In general, no one has figured out how to use ANY inkjet Dell printer on OS X (or on linux). (postscript and HP PCL-compatible lasers aren't a problem.)
