It absolutely does, although it doesn't discriminate between metric and imperial units -- the unit settings are quite customizable, in fact. But it's up to the author of the recipe to decide what unit measurement they want to employ. I see in my databases recipes that call for cups and tablespoons as well as grams and liters.

Right. Now, it would be great if it could have some "intelligent" find/replace engine to change them all at once on one direction or other: Imperial <--> International. That would rock!
